Kate Patch
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Kate Patch is the Chief Executive Officer of Executive GlobeTREK, where she leads a dynamic team in designing and delivering intellectually rigorous global programs for professional and academic audiences. With a doctorate in anthropology and over 25 years of experience in International higher education, most recently as a Senior International Officer, Dr. Patch brings deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational culture, and global learning development.
A seasoned administrator and educator, Dr. Patch has held leadership roles at both private liberal arts colleges and major research universities. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex theories into practical strategies, and she frequently advises organizations on leadership development, cultural intelligence, and mentorship.
Dr. Patch is known for her work in professional development, qualitative research design, and program assessment. In addition to leading initiatives at Executive GlobeTREK, she consults across sectors, publishes scholarly work, and presents internationally in the fields of anthropology, international education, and higher education leadership.
She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University and a B.S. from Iowa State University.
Mory H. Pagel
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Mory H. Pagel is the Chief Operating Officer of Executive GlobeTREK where he leads operational strategy, global program delivery, and organizational performance. With over 20 years of experience in international education and nonprofit leadership, Mory has a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, leading high-performing teams and ensuring excellence in every facet of the business.
Prior to joining Executive GlobeTREK, Mory was a senior leader at the School for International Training/World Learning, overseeing innovation, partnerships, and strategy development as Vice President. During his tenure, he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, spearheaded the launch of high-impact initiatives, and built enduring collaborations with partners and clients worldwide. His career also includes key roles at Global Ties and Youth For Understanding USA, where he specialized in international and intercultural exchange and stakeholder engagement.
Mory holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Wartburg College. He is a frequent presenter at international education conferences and previously served on the Access Advisory Board for the Fund for Education Abroad.
Mory is driven by a belief in the transformative power of global engagement and a passion for building organizations that thrive at the intersection of purpose and performance.
Mary Greiner

Mary Greiner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRBP is a seasoned HR executive with 30+ years of experience leading strategic human capital initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Mary is known for aligning people strategy with business goals, fostering leadership development, and driving transformational change. She holds a Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S.) degree in Liberal Arts from The University of Iowa, which continues to shape her inclusive and interdisciplinary approach to leadership.
A skilled conference organizer and connector, she served as Iowa SHRM State Conference Director and Co-Director—roles that highlight her strengths in stakeholder engagement, event strategy, and HR thought leadership. Mary has also held prominent roles with SHRM, CUPA-HR, and HERC, and brings deep expertise in DEI, succession planning, workforce analytics, compensation strategy and employee engagement. Passionate about building inclusive and high-performing cultures, Mary is a trusted advisor and dynamic leader committed to growing organizations and empowering talent.
Lynn Stafford

With over 35 years of dedicated, client-focused experience, Lynn Stafford brings exceptional expertise and a passion for precision to the Executive GlobeTREK team. Renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service, Lynn excels in designing seamless, high-end travel experiences tailored to the unique needs of each client group.
Her deep knowledge of global travel logistics—including air travel, accommodations, and destination coordination—ensures every journey is flawlessly executed from start to finish. Lynn is particularly skilled in managing complex itineraries and coordinating multifaceted schedules for executive and group travel worldwide. Her proven ability to deliver personalized, worry-free travel solutions makes her an invaluable leader in the travel experience industry.
John Garrison
Program Leader
John Garrison, MBA and PhD, is a leading expert on the life and work of William Shakespeare. He is the author of seven books, including Shakespeare and the Afterlife and Shakespeare at Peace. The themes of his work examine how ideas from the Renaissance have long-reaching cultural influence on how we live today. Dr. Garrison is also the current and founding editor of the book series Spotlight on Shakespeare, which includes volumes that address the usefulness of Shakespeare for exploring issues such as environmental crisis, international conflict, and the cultural impacts of emergent technology. Islamophobia, linguistic racism, and sexual consent. Dr. Garrison has been awarded numerous prestigious awards for his work, including ones from the American Philosophical Society, Beinecke Library at Yale University, Medieval Academy of America, National Endowment for the Humanities, the Newberry Library, and the Renaissance Society of America. Most recently, he was named a 2021 Guggenheim fellow.
Prior to his career in academia, Dr. Garrison earned his MBA and held senior positions in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. After working in the public affairs division of Kaiser Permanente and the global strategies division of Levi Strauss & Co., he launched his own branding and marketing consultancy. In that role, he conceived innovative programs for clients across an array of sectors from biotechnology to consumer electronics to hospitality.
In his career in business, Dr. Garrison found that he was constantly returning to works of great literature to fund new approaches to challenges presented by adaptive workplaces and changing markets. His study of great literature was inspired by not only his awe at its emotional and intellectual power but also its capacity to inspire us to find new ways of working.
Sarah Moschenross
Program Leader
Dr. Sarah Moschenross is an experienced executive with more than 20 years of leadership in the higher education sector. She has achieved success making institutional culture change, driven strategic planning, and demonstrated operational excellence as a leader of a division, a supervisor, and mentor. Leading with a distinctly collaborative style, she centers inclusive and restorative practices in her work, prioritizing the relationships needed to achieve collective outcomes. Currently serving as the Vice President for Student Life at Lafayette College, an elite, private, liberal arts college, Dr. Moschenross collaborates cross-institutionally with administrative executives, faculty, staff, and students to boldly lead with diplomacy, resolve, and integrity in an industry experiencing upheaval and new headwinds.
Her research and passion projects focus on women’s leadership development, burn-out recovery, strategies for making inclusive change, executive wellness, and restorative practices. Dr. Moschenross has experience teaching in the college classroom and facilitating learning in the co-curricular. Active in higher education, she has been Iowa’s state liaison for the Standing Committee for Women and on the directorate board of the Commission for Social Justice Educators for the American College Personnel Association, and president of the Iowa Student Personnel Association. She co-chaired The National Association of Student Personnel’s annual convening of the Vice-Presidents for Student Life in Washington, D.C. in 2025.
Dr. Moschenross is a graduate of Iowa State University (BS), The University of Iowa (MA), and The University of Wisconsin La Crosse (Ed.D.) as well as the HERS: Women in Higher Education Leadership Institute.
In her free time, Dr. Moschenross is a mom to 3, a voracious reader, an amateur knitter, a dog mom to her standard poodle, Hazel, and a certified Reiki practitioner.
