Mory H. Pagel

Mory H. Pagel is the Chief Operating Officer of Executive GlobeTREK where he leads operational strategy, global program delivery, and organizational performance. With over 20 years of experience in international education and nonprofit leadership, Mory has a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, leading high-performing teams and ensuring excellence in every facet of the business.

Prior to joining Executive GlobeTREK, Mory was a senior leader at the School for International Training/World Learning, overseeing innovation, partnerships, and strategy development as Vice President. During his tenure, he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, spearheaded the launch of high-impact initiatives, and built enduring collaborations with partners and clients worldwide. His career also includes key roles at Global Ties and Youth For Understanding USA, where he specialized in international and intercultural exchange and stakeholder engagement.

Mory holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Wartburg College. He is a frequent presenter at international education conferences and previously served on the Access Advisory Board for the Fund for Education Abroad.
