Kate Patch

Kate Patch is the Chief Executive Officer of Executive GlobeTREK, where she leads a dynamic team in designing and delivering intellectually rigorous global programs for professional and academic audiences. With a doctorate in anthropology and over 25 years of experience in International higher education, most recently as a Senior International Officer, Dr. Patch brings deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational culture, and global learning development.

A seasoned administrator and educator, Dr. Patch has held leadership roles at both private liberal arts colleges and major research universities. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex theories into practical strategies, and she frequently advises organizations on leadership development, cultural intelligence, and mentorship. 

Dr. Patch is known for her work in professional development, qualitative research design, and program assessment. In addition to leading initiatives at Executive GlobeTREK, she consults across sectors, publishes scholarly work, and presents internationally in the fields of anthropology, international education, and higher education leadership.

She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University and a B.S. from Iowa State University.
