Alan Feirer

Alan Feirer is the founder of Group Dynamic, based in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. For over 25 years, Alan has been dedicated to helping organizations develop leaders who motivate and teams who love working together. He provides leadership training, team development, and communication training for managers, directors, leadership teams, and team members. Alan is also an Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors™, and a Certified Multipliers™ Coach. He is the author of "Leadership in Action: Eight Virtues" and co-host of the Music Ed Insights podcast. 

An active member of professional organizations, Alan is a member of ATD Central Iowa (past president), the Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, and Central Iowa SHRM. When he’s not making a difference with clients, you might find Alan on a remote hiking adventure with his wife, Julie, or enjoying time with their adult daughter, Mara. He’s a distance runner, an avid tennis fan and player, a competitive Scrabble enthusiast, and a lifelong Disney fan. He also has a passion for finding great local eateries whether on the road or in his own neighborhood.
